Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We guarantee that products that require shipping are delivered within 30 business days. If you have purchased anything on Gadgetsonic.com, but didn't receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

Delivery time does not include typically a 3 working days order processing time. The estimated delivery time the parcel is scanned and picked up by courier service varies between 2 to 5 working days for delivery to Peninsular Malaysia, and 5 to 10 working days to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Delivery time will increase due to public holiday, courier service work schedule, delivery location, peak load period and unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather and natural disaster beyond our control. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we've established a guaranteed period for delivery of 30 business days.

All goods sold are neither returnable nor refundable, except the following conditions:

- Defective On Arrival - Missing Accessories / Less Item Received - Wrong Item Received Buyer must inform us and attach with photos/videos of the defective part within 3 days from the time the parcel is delivered. Buyer is deemed to have accepted the goods once the order is completed.

Full refund is not available under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gadgetsonic.com (i.e. not cleared by Customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gadgetsonic.com.

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to us here.

Software & Non-Physical Products

Software and non-physical products purchased from Gadgetsonic.com is non-refundable. Gadgetsonic.com is not bound to return the user the amount spent for purchase of the software products for the termination of the Licensing Policy.
